Tips on playing Video Poker [Monday, March 12, 2007]
|
|
|
|
This is an easy and convenient way of playing 5-Hand Poker. It's easy to learn and play.
|
- Start by going to the menu bar at the top of the screen and selecting which variation of Video Poker you want to play.
- Next, then select the denomination of coin that you want to play. The coin denominations for each game can be 1 cent, 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, $1, $2, and $5. The minimum bet is one coin and the maximum bet is five coins. If you want to add one credit at a time, left-click the Bet One button. If you want to bet five credits, left-click the Bet Max button.
- Once you have placing your bet, you left-click the Deal button to have the system deal you the five cards. You have a one-time opportunity to change your hand. Select the cards to be discarded and they will be replaced with new ones.
- Hold any existing cards by left-clicking on either the card or the Hold button. To de-select a card from Hold, left-click again on the card or the Hold button.
- Now check whether your final five-card hand is shown on the payout schedule. You need to hold the following minimum hand to be able to win:
- Three of a Kind
- Pair of Kings
- Pair of Jacks
- Pair of Tens
At the end of the game you will be paid according to the rank of the hand and the number of coins you bet. Place another bet to play again.
