Cherry Online Casino Group Carved into 3 Companies

The Cherryforetagen announced its publicly traded gaming company, commonly known as Cherry will become three separate publicly traded companies.
This restructuring follows research showing the companies can grow faster by restructuring. The company believes it will grow faster and generate greater profits. In addition, the Cherry split into three new companies, gives extra financial transparency to its different lines of business, and offers shareholders the option of choosing the risk and area of casino operations they want.
The outline plans for the new companies are:
Net Entertainment focusing on sales and licensing of gaming systems and games
Betsson new name for Cherry Onlines gaming using Betsson.com and online casinos
Cherry Casino established casino games and gaming machinery located in Scandinavia and on cruise ships
