Gamblux will not tolerate Spam in any form. This includes unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature. Spam includes sending any unrequested information to a person or group that has not specifically asked to receive that particular information.
Gamblux’s prohibition of Spamming activity includes:
- Sending an email to any type of mailing list or opt-in list that has been purchased or acquired from an outside individual or party.
- Sending an email to any type of manually or automatically harvested list of email addresses, names, or contacts.
- Sending an email to any type of "lead" or "prospect" prior to receiving a request for more information.
- Faxing a message to any recipient who has not specifically asked for that information first.
- Sending inappropriate postings to any newsgroup or forum in a way that violates their anti-spam regulations.
Gamblux will terminate or refuse service to any person or organization that resorts to spamming. Any Gamblux Affiliates who engage in Spam or in promoting prohibited products or services in connection with their site will have their affiliate contract terminated. They may also forfeit any or all affiliate commissions due to them. The site owner of this Affiliate will also be liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result.
